In the doom scrolling I am doing most people are calling for an investigation into the Pretti shooting. But we need real investigation into all of the shootings. We need to push for real investigations of all the 9 people killed and all the ICE and Boarder patrol shootings.

3. All crimes must be prosecuted.

There are hundreds or thousands of crimes ICE is committing live on camera. They have no legal authority to smash car windows, those need to be prosecuted. They have no legal authority to deploy pepper spray on protesters, every instance should be prosecuted. Every assault, every rights violation, every act of destruction, every unlawful detainment.

ICE's legal authority is extremely limited, they are to serve warrants for immigration cases, that's it. They are not like regular police, they cannot enforce traffic laws, or do crowd control, they have no more right to do any of those things than you or I do. Every time they shoved someone, it was assault. Every time they took someone's phone it's theft, and every time they told people they cannot drive down a certain road it's also a crime.

We cannot accept lawlessness from ICE, all of it needs to be investigated and they need to be held accountable for the crime wave we have seen.

We need to know the names of all the people who killed Pretti, the cowards who ganged up on him, beat him and shot him while other cowards held him to the ground. They must be held accountable. The rule of law in this country will not survive another coverup.
