Seriously, I 've visited DC at least 15 times, and it may be closer to 20.
Almost divided in half between protest, or fun. Will have think more on that.

So maaaybe late April? it'd be on the warmish side - medium jackets, carry a extra sweater for underneath if needed.

Maybe no extra sweater. Last yr '25; mid-April onwards. A mix of low- 60f°s, 13th then low to mid '70°fs, even upper 70°fs- 81°fs by the last few days.
Some dipping towards then back up even with the 2nd half of April.
