Plus the RW billionaire-funded AIPAC is now also attacking him over stock trades (see the 2nd article below). AIPAC can sod right off.

The attack ad began running just a few weeks before a rare February primary teeming with Democratic candidates hoping to replace New Jerseys new governor, Mikie Sherrill, in Congress. It was notable for both its sponsor, a super PAC affiliated with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, and its target, Tom Malinowski, a longtime supporter of Israel.
Mr. Malinowski, a former House member running for Ms. Sherrills seat, was being criticized for his vote in favor of legislation that had authorized funding for federal immigration enforcement and passed with broad bipartisan support. In the ad, a womans voice warns ominously that the vote funded Trumps deportation force, suggesting that Mr. Malinowski, who emigrated from Communist Poland as a child and strongly opposes the presidents immigration policies, cant be trusted.
But its sponsors have made clear that their objective has little to do with immigration. Their true aim is winning a pro-Israel majority in Congress and electing representatives who will not place conditions on U.S. aid to the Jewish state. Tom Malinowski is talking about conditioning aid to Israel, said Patrick Dorton, a spokesman for the super PAC, United Democracy Project. Thats not a pro-Israel position.
The super PACs investment in print mailers and television and digital ads already stands at more than $800,000 and is likely to represent a large portion of the total amount spent in the unusual Feb. 5 primary, which includes 11 candidates. As a result, the ads have turned an under-the-radar special election in New Jersey into an early test of AIPACs tactics in 2026, as it targets a candidate once considered an ally.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee is not letting up in its attacks on former Rep. Tom Malinowski, airing a new ad starting today that goes after a longtime vulnerability for the former congressman: his stock trades. United Democracy Project, AIPACs political spending arm, has spent $1.4 million so far on the race, including a $500,000 media placement reported earlier this week.
The groups new ad focuses on Malinowskis failure to disclose a number of stock trades during his first stint in Congress in 2019 and 2020; Malinowski has repeatedly denied that the disclosure issue was anything but an innocent mistake, and a House Ethics Committee review of the matter remained unresolved when Malinowski lost re-election in 2022. The ad also briefly repeats its attack on Malinowskis vote for a 2019 bill that included funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which was also referenced in the groups prior ad. Once again, AIPACs signature issue, support for Israel, goes entirely unmentioned.
UDP still has not detailed why the generally pro-Israel Malinowski earned its ire and which alternate candidate for the 11th congressional district it would prefer to see win. Asked both of those questions, UDP spokesperson Patrick Dorton simply repeated the content of the groups ad: Whether its increasing funding for ICE or cashing in on Covid-related stocks, Tom Malinowski proved he cant be trusted during his time in Congress, he said.
In a statement responding to the ad, Malinowski connected UDP to the wealthy donors, many of them conservative Republicans, who keep it running. The biggest donors to the group running this slimy ad are Trump-supporting billionaires, he said. Since their last obviously dishonest smear failed, theyre now trying out the same discredited attack Republicans have repeatedly used both against me and in last years gubernatorial race.

Step one millimeter out of line from blindly supporting Israel in all matters and KABOOM! Millions of dollars dropped to primary you.
Kind of explains why Harris was reluctant to take a firm stand against the atrocities in Gaza- she knew what would happen to her campaign.

To force adherence to humanitarian, international and perhaps even DOMESTIC laws.
What a horrible human being. /s

From 2001 to 2013, Malinowski was the Washington director for Human Rights Watch.
