to commit illegal acts, and so does your employer.
Why would anyone think that Hegseth or any member of this deviant administration can override that, or be above the law?
That Hegseth is trying to reduce the rank and pension of Captain Kelly as punishment for Kelly stating a fact that is listed in military and civilian law is pure harassment, and this shouldn't be a difficult decision for the court on so many levels.

I was fired for refusing to follow an illegal order from my boss.
Manager wanted me to FAKE medical records. A felony, I could
lose my license, for doing what my predecessor had done.
