THIS is really weird for sure!! Something stinks to high heaven. sounds like the warrants to enter homes, not signed by judges. Need a process to determine if the judge signature is not forged or not.

But it is also a loophole for the federal government to meddle in state elections in some way, so hopefully this isnt repeated anywhere else.

It makes no sense considering this issue is in another judge's court room and that judge has not ruled that Georgia must give the data to DOJ in violation of State law. How could a different judge ignore the ongoing suit and issue a warrant for records that are protected by Georgia law?

Others have asked why these records are even still in existence given they are typically destroyed two years later.

Where are statements from Kemp and the SOS on this?
