A citizen based on her Genius Status?
The test she took to achieve that ranking was the exact same cognitive test Donny Took.
And she gave him the answers each time. He wrote the answers on his necrotic hand. He had to avoid IV’s for two weeks prior so it would not be blue and he could read the answers.
Her a genius? She was an Epstein Ho that got sold to Donny and now is a grifting criminal.
