Tom Morello has announced a fundraiser gig with Rise Against in Minneapolis, to benefit “the families of those murdered by ICE”.

The soloist, activist and former Rage Against The Machine guitarist is due to bring his ‘Defend Minnesota!’ event to the US city tomorrow (Friday January 30).

Morello concluded: “100% of proceeds go to the families of those murdered by ICE in Minneapolis Renee Good and Alex Pretti.”

Over the summer, the musician shared a “Fuck ICE” playlist, and was one of the many figures from the entertainment world who attended the anti-ICE protests last year.

There have been at least 9 executions by our government. I know there have been GoFundMe drives for Rene Good and Alex Pretti, however, I'm not aware of the other victims and their families and loved ones.
