Shot a woman in the face then called her a “F***ing Bitch.”
Tear gassed a car filled with children, almost killing an infant.
Blinded a minor in one eye for life.
Strangled a man in a detention center and the autopsy ruled it a homicide.
Shot a man in the back while 5 other ICE agents held him face down on the ground. His crime? Helping a woman violently pushed to the ground by ICE .
