It was dismissed by the judge. Refiled, but nothing was ever served to the defendants and withdrawn.

This one is tough to use as arguments because a former Jerry Springfield producer Norm Lubow had coordinated the lawsuit. He had done some other sketchy things for media attention. A publicist was shopping interviews with the victim for $1 Million. The phone number went back to Ludlow.
