9. It's a Kawaii hat from Japan. I saw something similar at Daiso

A very low cost Japanese nic-nack/housewares import store that's been opening up on the West Coast (that I know of) over the past couple years.

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure that blue bunny is a common kid's show character.

(Grandkids are really into Anime; a $10 ea trip to Daiso for candy, decorations, socks or plushies is a treat for good behaviour)
