I'm not sure how far back his belief in a maximum wage goes, but I agree with that too.

...it's not in our human nature; greediness is learned and taught, it's not our default.

Only by force have people become capable of owning or controlling far more than others.

Presented well, people would get behind a "maximum wage" and we weren't far from it when we had much higher top marginal tax rates.
