Trump: Savannah Guthrie's missing mother case 'very unusual situation'
President Trump said Tuesday that the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie, is a “very unusual situation.”
“I think it’s a terrible thing. I always got along very good with Savannah. Very unusual situation but we’re going to find out,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office after signing legislation to end a partial government shutdown.
When asked whether he would commit to sending more federal agents to assist in the search for Nancy Guthrie, Trump said “sure.” The president also said he plans to call Savannah Guthrie “later on.”
Nancy Guthrie, 84, was reported missing over the weekend after she didn’t show up to church Sunday morning near her home outside of Tucson, Ariz.

I actually got a sick and sinking feeling when I heard about her mother missing and I looked up yesterday any interactions with her and Trump. They accused her of being part of Biden's team during a debate she moderated. Hopefully there is no involvement from him in this. And no I don't have any proof of that. But it is just unfortunate that we have a president that is more akin to a mob boss that we have to actually even wonder "was he involved in making her 'disappear'?'" Also intimidation of journalists seems to be the go to game plan.
Hopefully I am just paranoid. We are all living under incredible stress during this administration.
