"Expert" says Trump's health "rapidly declining." DEFINE "RAPID."

An expert Thursday warned that President Donald Trump's health has started to rapidly deteriorate as questions increase over his mental capacity and ability to lead, according to reports.

Dr. John Gartner, psychologist, psychiatrist, and a former assistant professor at John Hopkins Medical School, told British publication The i Paper that there have been increased concerns over the president's health and suggested signs of cognitive decline.

“The main way to diagnose dementia is that we see a deterioration from someone’s own baseline in these four areas: language, memory, behavior, and psychomotor performance,” Gartner said.

“He’s deteriorated since his last administration noticeably but now we’re seeing deterioration almost week over week. The rate of decline is accelerating,” Gartner said.

His mother lived to be 88.

So he can easily finish out his term, although he may be less functional than he is now. And as long as doesn't drool, throw feces or run into the middle of the street naked and screaming, no matter how mentally incompetent he gets, there's no way the 25th amendment will be invoked by this Republican party.

from his parents and considerably more deleterious. Poor diet, no exercise, and poor sleep habits could easily speed up the process.

Meanwhile, even if he does live many years longer like his parents, that doesn't mean he'll be functional as a president. They can only hide so much truth from the public.

They'll do anything to hold onto power. That said though, Trump would still have to make public appearances at least to placate the base and at the rate he's declining, I'm not too sure how long they can sustain this charade.

I think we've all been around some people suffering from serious dementia and there's no way such people can give speeches, meet with foreign leaders, or give press conferences. I don't know, maybe it is like the frog in boiling water - people just start to get used to how bizarre and irrational he behaves and talks and accept it as "normal".

Thu Feb 5, 2026, 05:14 PM

Plus, it's not a matter of years. It's a matter of how fast the decline is.

Also, his parents didn't have the stressful job that he does. Nor did they deliberately overdose on aspirin, as he is doing. (He thinks it will prevent a stroke, but it's increasing the risk of a stroke from a cerebral hemorrhage.) And, as others have mentioned, his diet is probably far worse than the diet of his parents.

His total lack of a reaction to crapping his pants on live television is also very telling. It's one thing to pretend nothing happened, but quite another not to know that it happened. His brain literally doesn't know what his anus is doing.

With this form of dementia, it's common to be incapacitated years before death. At some point, Trump will completely lose the ability to speak. There will be no way that doctors can prop him up in front of the cameras, as they are doing now.

The American People validated him completely and he never needs their approval again.

I've always firmly believed he would " develop a cognitive disorder" or become mentally incompetent ( much worse than he normally is) when his time of accountability finally arrives, I really believe that's been his ultimate pre planned defense all along ,so he can go hide away and enjoy all his dirty money. Also I think it would give his allies a more easy way to distance themselves in the future, something like it was all due to his mental decline , all him, not the party . Although pretend or real works for me this time around

but judging his health and mental acuity from his actions and behaviors, may not be relevant to the reality of where we are in this..

There are no rules for Donald Trump. No restrictions on anything he says or does. The Supreme Court and the Republican Party have appointed him King . Courts try to rein him in, but they have no ability or mechanism to force him to behave ethically, appropriately or responsibly.
Unlike every other person in American history, he knows he will never face punishment for anything he does..

He is a very unintelligent person. He doesn't read or can't read. He doesn't understand physics, math, philosophy or history and he sees morality and compassion as weakness and failure.

He is extremely lazy, does no research, is bored or insulted by others' attempts at reason... and it may be decades before historians know what drugs he ingests to stay up all night bragging and blathering and babbling and lying about whatever imagined offense the cruel, unappreciative world has foisted upon him that day.

I'm guessing he shits his pants and falls asleep in public as some sort of self-indulgent, warped protest against decency and civility.

And I'm sure he believes that the women and children he has molested, raped or abused should be honored to have been given his sterling attention.

In short, Donald Trump should never be judged or evaluated as if he were a human being.

Although I'm sure the surviving presidents would welcome the closure of knowing Trump was heading to the Lake of Fire, and would never insult them again.
