Abolish ICE now

JD Vance says there are 30М undocumented folks in the U.S., In 2025 they were responsible for 29 murders, meaning 1 in a million is a murderer. On the other hand 22,000 ICE agents killed 34 people in 2025. That means 1 in 674 ICE agents is a murderer

I was very happy when the Niden Administration removed illegal alien from government use.

8 U.S.C. § 1324: Involves bringing in and harboring certain aliens, imposing penalties on those who assist in illegal entry.

Then, when we get into office we can abolish it.

I don't really see any of the published negotiation points being negotiable.

And what can republicans' position be? "Ok, we won't trample these two Constitutional rights, but we'll continue to trample these other 4"?

If that is their position (which it is) we need to make them own that.

Just as they had no intentions of instituting Project 2025, we have no intention of abolishing ice.

Being undocumented is generally a civil violation with immigration consequences (removal/deportation) rather than a criminal one.
