and the amount of air travel she's had to do as Secretary of State can't have helped, really. But if it was the result of an injury then it's probably unrelated to the current one.

i had a clot in my heart ten years ago and i still worry about clots. so pressure medicine , an aspirin twice a day, and eating healthy have kept them away.

This is no joking matter. Air travel causes it, esp. long trips.

I had both feet swell so big on a recent trip (lasted almost a month) that I swore I'd never travel again and it is truly frightening as they thought might have a blood clot in my leg and I ended up in 3 different hospitals because of it.

Perhaps this is the reason she doesn't care to pursue a political career any longer.

I know I'll never fly again. Maybe this is her reason too?

In any event, I am glad it was caught and treated in time! They can be fatal.
