'Don't think I need to call the Scooby gang to solve this'

Gallup will no longer track presidential approval ratings after more than eight decades doing so, the public opinion polling agency confirmed to The Hill on Wednesday.

The company said starting this year it would stop publishing approval and favorability ratings of individual political figures, saying in a statement it “reflects an evolution in how Gallup focuses its public research and thought leadership.”

*Trump approval rating drops to 29%*

*Approval stops being measured*

Don’t think I need to call the Scooby gang to solve this mystery

I wonder what could possibly explain this decision, coming as it does immediately after Trump’s approval rating dropped to a record low of 36 percent? https://www.axios.com/2026/02/11/gallup-ends-presidential-approval-rating

Or both, something like ,take this and shut up or else, Gallup says " it reflects an evolution in how Gallup focuses it's public research and thought leadership" ? Thought Leadership? ? Guess someone in the thought leadership department at Gallup must think the public isn't really interested in stuff like presidential politics or job approval ratings , after almost 9 decades , great thought leadership Gallup , more like no thoughts given coward ship
