The White House has been the only one negotiating with Schumer and Senate Democrats and they are refusing to put any restrictions on ICE and how ICE is operating. The con and Republicans are not being serious.

No Democrat should vote for any short term extention of funding for DHS until the con and Republicans put restrictions on their lawless and deadly ICE operation.
