Does The Sheriff In Charge Of The Nancy Guthrie Investigation Trust The FBI

It sounds like the sheriff overruled the FBI in the link I provided, at least on one occasion.

I see he is sending DNA samples to a private lab and not giving them to the FBI.

Hey Patel, send those 2,000 FBI agents you sent to Minneapolis to Tucson, give them some real work to do. Send some of the agents scrubbing Trump's name from the Epstein files too.

Under Kash Patel the FBI has proved itself to be as useless as a marzipan dildo. All Patel has done so far in that case was announce with great fanfare that they had detained a "person of interest" - who turned out to be some poor schmo who was delivering for Door Dash.

I wouldn’t trust the FBI right now. I know there are ethical people remaining in the bureau but their wings are most likely clipped with Patel running the show. Good agents are probably just trying to keep their heads down to survive this.

The FBI has shown itself to be completely without any kind of integrity, especially in the murder of Renee Good!

which means in their little world someone realized that this guy has in some way angered Kash so their influencers were directed to attack him. That sets up blaming him and not Kash if this goes wrong. He *GASP* went to a basketball game.

Apparently Fox News viewers are having a bit of a revolt because it’s non stop coverage of Guthrie there. It distracts from Pamela Jo’s Mean Girls act and ICE’s violent failure in Minneapolis.

I did a thread asking if the kidnapper was a moron or a genius?

I mean he tries to cover up doorbell camera with flowers from the garden, maybe leaves his gloves to be later found.

Then I hear that the ransom note was so sophistical that it was impossible to trace.

Was there one person doing the kidnapping and another doing the ransom?

I keep waiting for the FBI to say they enhanced the video and found an Antifa sticker and Kamala 2024 sticker on his backpack.

Or they X-rayed his jacket and found a drug cartel tattoo.

If this guy was a Magat we will never know about it.

FBI Director Kash Patel is getting heat from a former bureau official for his handling of the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of “Today” show co-host Savannah Guthrie.

During a Tuesday appearance on Fox News, Patel told host Sean Hannity that “substantial progress” had been made in the probe and authorities had identified “persons of interest” in connection with the 84-year-old’s apparent abduction.

However, shortly after his interview, a man detained by authorities for questioning over Guthrie’s disappearance was released from custody.

On Wednesday’s “All In with Chris Hayes,” MS NOW national security intelligence analyst Christopher O’Leary, who served as a senior executive at the FBI’s counterterrorism division, called Patel’s comments on the investigation “incredibly inappropriate.”

“He’s going back to the one skill that he thinks he has, which is self-promoting: diving into the media, diving into social media to compensate for his complete ineptitude at being the director of the FBI, which should not surprise anybody,” O’Leary said. “He has no leadership experience, no operational experience, no investigative experience.”

The former FBI official told Hayes that Patel’s judgment is “certainly flawed” and “his character and integrity and virtue are absent,” adding that he believes the director “has no loyalty to the Constitution or to the American public or to the mission of the FBI and its people.”
