Understanding Pam Bondi...2 Tampa-centric articles trying to explain "What Happened to Pam Bondi?"

Let me start by letting you know that I am from Tampa, Bondi's home town, and I have minimally interacted with her over the years. I agree with the sentiments of both articles, which is "What happened to Pam Bondi?", and "How did what most perceive to be a very nice person (I definitely thought that, too) turn into such a monster?". If you read the following two articles, you will have a bit more understanding on these subjects, even if you will not get final resolutions to those questions.

They are shocked and cannot understand a bit of this transformation. They have been shocked for a good while...NOT just lately. When she first ran for office and was not as radical as now, but had turned more conservative than before, she was still a person perceived by most as a very moderate Republican and maybe even almost an independent in mindset. But now...they are completely blown away!

It’s always interesting how some people will be changed once they have access to money. Sad but true.

... and exploitation, and that is Trmp's specialty.

Earlier, I had compared Trmp to a Svengali manipulating Bondi, and these articles reinforce my impression. She's his perfect Trilby.

That had become a requirement for statewide offices in Florida and was certainly a requirement for her current job.

Keep in mind, Trumps first choice was Matt Gaetz!
