Just in case you still use stamps and would like to celebrate the life of our 39th President. I'm not an employee of the USPS.

(77,385 posts)only the flag and Bob Spongebag. I settled for the machine's leftover Xmas ones inexplicably in a black and gray wreath design, my choosing to credit Meloonia. And the place had a decrepit air about it, not bustling, which I choose to attribute to the KRASNOV in charge. And a letter sent 300 miles away, which used to take a couple of days took seven, and a local one took a week and a half - which I choose to attribute to the KRASNOV in charge since all the mail goes to a regional distribution center. And when there was a problem with a package, the clerk suggested UPS or FedEx, to which I responded, "I keep trying to give you a chance."
I'll go for the CARTER stamps, still have a few of my BERNSTEINs. Here's the half-mast for CARTER at the time when KRASNOV raised the flag (at the WH?) shamefully.
