5. I learned a new word today from Ty Cobb, Kakistocracy, it seems like a perfect fit.

Government by the most inept, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens is called a Kakistocracy, where the least capable or honorable people are in control, often resulting in ineffective or corrupt leadership
