ICE is lying or Ayotte is lying... Ayotte is prolly afraid of what tRump would do if she nixed the deal...Then again it might be that ruzzian thing...Vranyo..
Lying is so bad in ruzzia that they have specific names for lies...

Vranyo (враньё is a Russian term for a distinct form of lying where the speaker tells a blatant falsehood, both parties know it is false, yet they proceed as if it is true. It is meant to save face, or mask an unpleasant reality without the malicious intent of a formal lie.
