As soon as McConnell requests Biden to negotiate, the deal gets raised to 450k! What is wrong with Biden??

except for raising the $250,00 tax extension to $400,000 I have not seen any big "cave-in" that warrants such a outburst

we are going to have to compromise on some things..is that not what compromise is all about? and I am not going to get excited about anything until the final deal, if there is one, is hammered out

my preference is we still go "over the cliff'

Yes, the number above is hyperbole. The point is there's not a lot of people who are hit with the estate tax already, so giving up that for the child tax credit and extended unemployment is a good deal.
