And the reality is that if they didn't lie, cheat and steal, they wouldn't have won any elections for decades.

But they did "win". Elected Democrats can't sit on their hands and expect fair play. They need to assume (correctly) that the MAGAt assholes will steal everything possible, and act accordingly.
