The 5th Amendment says “No person ….shall be denied life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
It does not say “No citizen.”
It does not say “No person except for those in the country illegally.”
To repeat, it says “No person.”
Therefore, every person in this country is entitled to due process.
That is all.
