Turns Out There Was Voter Fraud in Georgia—by Elon Musk

The state board of elections found Musk’s PAC sent prefilled ballot applications.

Members of the Georgia State Elections Board voted Wednesday to issue a formal letter of reprimand to Musk’s America PAC over the billionaire technocrat’s illegal scheme to get Trump elected. Georgia, a key battleground state in 2024, was the target of aggressive campaigning by Trump’s team.

In October 2024, the Georgia secretary of state’s office launched an investigation after receiving numerous reports from residents across several counties saying they’d received partially prefilled absentee ballot applications from Musk’s America PAC, according to John Fervier, the State Elections Board’s chairman.

America PAC had also failed to display in a conspicuous location that this was not an official government publication, was not provided by the government, and was not a ballot, Johnston added.

1. Georgia appears to be the center of voter suppression and voter fraud.

Greg Palast's great doc. "Vigilantes Inc." spells it all out. We watched it over the weekend. It answers the question why Trump was asking Georgia for all those votes. Because he knew of the crooked setup they had.

Here's a link to watch it free on YouTube:

… prefilled out ballot applications? And did Tulsi Gabbard go along on the FBI’s raid to help keep
the Musk’s rat fucking of the vote in Georgia? And what does Tulsi Gabbard have to do with the
FBI anyway?

Are we seeing just the tip of the iceberg with the Trump, Putin, Musk, Epstein international Criminal Syndicate?

3. Not directed at you marblefalls but I think New Republic is erring in referring to this as "Voter Fraud"

I think it's important to always delineate the difference between Election Fraud and Voter Fraud as they're quite different things, and this would more properly fall under the former vs. the latter

7. I have to kinda disagree. I think "voter fraud" is usually used to describe something a voter did wrong at some point

Also, is there proof of this assertion: "intent to fraudulently register voters"?

The article seems to say "received partially prefilled absentee ballot applications" which is not a voter registration (or at least doesn't have to be).

Also I'm pretty sure I remember a big RW whinefest about Democrats doing similar things re: sending out absentee ballot applications in past elections (CA comes to mind offhand), though WRT them being "pre-filled" I don't recall, and perhaps that's an important difference WRT it being legal or illegal to send such out. Also I think was COVID days so maybe different rules applied?

IIRC the general opinion on our side was that this was okay/normal/not fraud but maybe I'm misremembering or it was done different than what Eloon did here
