https://www.sacbee.com/sports/article314795282.htmlCurrent NFL wide receiver Rondale Moore, 25, was found dead at home on Saturday. Two former NFL players, Tre' Johnson and Kevin Johnson, were found dead earlier this year. Moore was believed to have died via a self-inflicted gunshot wound, while Tre' Johnson suffered a medical emergency on vacation and Kevin Johnson was found dead in a homeless encampment.
Moore, a standout wide receiver at Purdue, is mourned by all. "Rondale Moore was a complete joy to coach," Brohm said. "The ultimate competitor that wouldn't back down from any challenge. Rondale had a work ethic unmatched by anyone. A great teammate that would come through in any situation. We all love Rondale, we loved his smile and competitive edge that always wanted to please everyone he came in contact with.

(1,283 posts)2. Well, the NFL couldn't *possibly* be at fault, you know.
I quit watching the NFL many years ago when it became OK for players to beat up their spouses or dates. Unforgivable.
Now I guess it's your own fault of your accumulations of concussions blows up your brain. Just another side effect of billionaire owners getting richer. I imagine if salaries weren't so sky high, players might have another thought of what they are giving up and for whom.
