They are "leaking" this to CNN, who is running it in their chyron. Trump will also defend tariffs. Left unsaid is that this blaming and defending will be done with lies. That is what makes trump's SOTU different than any other President's in history.
So my enduring question is WHY WOULD ANYONE SUBJECT THEMSELVES TO THIS?

(9,440 posts)Democrats should have made bingo cards with these statements in the squares. I know many would have thought it was just performative, but maybe congressional Dems should have played Trump lies/excuses bingo and screamed bingo every time they covered enough squares.

(9,440 posts)I thought Donald Trump said, during the election, that he was going to fix that and everything else before he took office and at worst on his first day in office if he was elected. So, how is there even an affordability crisis?
