Dems should support Al Green

He did nothing wrong this year or last. He showed real courage. The Dems attending and not walking out when he was ejected are accomplishing what exactly? The right to sit there and be insulted and lied about?

If Dems have to attend, this is what they should do IMHO.

There were some no shows. Some walkouts. Some righteous heckling. And then Al, who stole the show with his sign and got thrown out, thereby not having to sit through the diatribe. He was the smartest person in the room last night IMO. But all in all much better than last year.

I didn't actually watch it either time. I just followed Aaron Rupar's live account on bluesky.
