did the founding fathers have a plan for this scenario?

where a few anarchists in the house can destroy the will of the people

and hold the nation hostage?

looks like american style democracy may have run it's course.

Everyone polled says that the repukes are responsible for the last debt ceiling debacle, the fiscal cliff cluster, and they will be held responsible for the next one if they continue to act in the same way as last time.
