Those with so-called "tRump derangement syndrome" are the people he cons into supporting his lying, pedophilia loving, fat, greasy ass, not the people who find him a loathsome creature.
He covets the love and attention from people with actual talent, and they all despise him. So it has to be their short-comings that are the problem, not his own, because - like Mary Poppins - he's "practically perfect in every way."
