Max Miller is an immature drama queen and a liar. He was also married to Senator Bernie Moreno's daughter, Emily at the Trump National Golf Club only to file for an ugly divorce two years later. Rumors were that he was abusive.

Well in June of 2025, Max posted on X that accused a local doctor of trying to run him off the road and threatening to kill him and his daughter (who wasn't in the car) - in typical MAGA fashion, he made up a bunch of lies to make himself look like a poor victim. The accusation didn't even make sense because who can hear a conversation while traveling 70+ miles per hour. Max accused the Palestinian doctor of antisemitism. He got the license plate, called 911 and lied through his teeth about something that could have and may even still ruin this doctor's life. It turns out after the doctor's lawyers presented the data downloaded from the Tesla, it proved that the doctor did no such thing. The truth is that he flashed a Palestinian flag picture on his phone toward Max with windows up. No words were exchanged and data also showed that he didn't try to run him off the road.
