If Trump has already preemptively pardoned Patel, Bondi, and the rest of his sick cabinet, will there be any recourse?

I fear not. At the very least, they should never be able to show their criminal faces in public again.

At some point, a corrupt pardon has to be invalidated C_U_L8R Yesterday #2
You would think, but with this Supreme Court, I think we already know how they'd rule. Chasstev365 Yesterday #3

Unless they could somehow prove the pardon was part of a criminal conspiracy, but given SCOTUS' immunity ruling, that seems unlikely.

Not to mention disbarment for those who are lawyers (e.g., Bondi) and a potential military court martial/tribunal for war crimes (Hegseth)...

No Presidential pardons for state crimes/convictions.

In NOVELS. I don't believe an offense against the United States can be pardoned before it happens. I that were true, Mike Pence and others would have died on January 6th.

And with the exception of Hunter, none of them have even been accused of a crime legally (I'm sure Trump has accused them, but that's not a legal accusation).
