How many State of the Union addresses did Bill Clinton make? See his video.

In the Youtube video below, Bill Clinton says he gave 4 State of the Union addresses. Why wasn't it 8?

Well it does, but it's not called a State of the Union. For example, Trump's speech last year was called a Joint Address To Congress. Same thing though.

But to answer your question, Clinton misspoke. He had six official State of the Union speeches, and two Joint Address To Congress ones.
