1. I think they will regret this purchase.

The Netflix bid made sense, this makes no sense. All they really get is a library of content. They both have studio's, cable, etc. It will all have to be slimmed down.

And I think they over paid, they will be looking to shop around parts of WB in about a year and at a loss. Disney knew it had a gaping hole in its content portfolio and proceeded to purchase Marvel and Lucasfilm. The Fox purchase was to pad their content and possibly offer some trades later.
