Article 1 says one Representative for every 30,000

Population about 344 million divided by 30,000 works out to 11,467 which is much harder to bribe than 435.

Never an amendment to change the Constitutional requirement which leads to the question can an act of congress amend the constitution ?

11,467 would actually be more powerful than 435 and more diverse in parties and right now we are allowed 1/20th of our deserved representation 600,000 per Representative now.

Article 1 says " The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand,..."

"Shall not exceed" means Congress cannot allocate Representatives at a ratio smaller than one per 30,000 people. So an 11,000+ sized House is the maximum size, not the Constitutionally required size.
