We need an immediate war tax on billionaires

Iraq cost an estimated 3 trillion dollars. The Bush administration led us into a war in Iraq while cutting income taxes disproportionally for the rich and leaving the costs of the unfunded wars to be paid for by our grandchildren. Congress needs to pass a war tax on the rich to pay for that debt.
