he is a POWERHOUSE .... a compelling speaker I hope to see as president one day. He challenges but in a loving way that may disapprove of ideas, but never the person.

Quite simply: Talarico is the balm and the strength and the wisdom this country desperately needs.

… but IMHO, pontificating on it as a politician is just wrong. Way too much blending the two together these days as a political tool.

Jimmy Carter was obviously religious, but I don’t remember him ever spewing biblical stuff from the WH. He simply lived his beliefs to his dying day—obviously not an act to garner votes.

I suppose I’ve had a bellyful of the Repukes in general and the orange bawbag in particular using religion (especially when it’s a complete pretense) to sucker in ignorant, easily-led people. The whole thing turns my stomach.
