F-15 crashes in Kuwait, worth $87-100 million

F-15E Strike Eagle, which is valued at roughly $87–100 crashed in Kuwait.
Fiscal conservatives must be outraged, unless they’re fake fiscal conservatives.
Pilot lucky to survive, thankfully. He ejected.

I guess it’s inflation? What a couple F-15s?

The cost of such an accident has gone up over time.

I realize the accident reported in the news story was not the result of the pilot showing off.

Is minor compared to how much the stock market is going to loose and how much more inflation is going to extract from the consumer as oil prices climb. This will amount to trillions in loses. And the longer Iran is able to put up resistance the worse things will get.

I wouldn’t want to be an Israeli or US pilot shot down over Iran friendly territory right now. Remember Iran has several militia scattered across the ME that are active right now.

Worse I think.

Yes the US military costs are a just part of the bigger rip off.

Trump will destroy everything so he can become a trillionaire.

Friendly fire - great.
Pilot appears to be fine.

Video of an 🇺🇸 F-15 falling out of the sky in Kuwait was just shared by BBC verify

The pilots appear to have ejected, and were seen the back of a car

Initially only one had been specified as F-15 but now Reuter reports:
“ Kuwait's air defences mistakenly shot down three U.S. F-15 fighter jets during active combat on Monday, U.S. Central Command said on Monday, describing it as an apparent friendly-fire incident during the conflict with Iran.”
