I admit that I do not know anything about medical exams that would disqualify anyone from service--except for his dads bong spurs.

Barron Trump departs from the East Front of the United States Capitol after the Inauguration of President Donald Trump on January 20, 2025 in Washington, DC

The hashtag #SendBarron was trending on X over the weekend. One user wrote, at least someone from the Trump family should demonstrate how patriotic they are by serving instead of grifting.

POTUS is chilling at his own country club while starting WWIII #SendBarron, a third user commented.
However, a military medical exemption would disqualify the teenage Trump from military service.
Barron stands at a staggering 69 tall, meaning he may be too tall for the Army, particularly for specific roles involving restricted space like armored vehicles, tanks, or aircraft. Generally, max height limits (e.g., 80 inches/6'8" in the US Army) are enforced to ensure safety and fit within equipment.
If Barron got a medical exemption, he would not be the first member of his family to avoid military service.

If Barron got a medical exemption, he would not be the first member of his family to avoid military service.
In fact, Dr. Larry Braunstein, a podiatrist who worked in Queens and died in 2007, diagnosed President Trump with bone spurs as a favor to his father, Fred Trump, in order to help him avoid the military draft.
Dr. Elysa Braunstein and Sharon Kessel, the daughters of the late doctor, told the New York Times that he would often retell the story.
"It was family lore," Elysa Braunstein told the Times, adding that the story was "something we would always discuss" among family and friends.

True he started out in the Naval Academy at 6'2" and was going to be a submarine officer until he continued to grow another 11 inches, but there's nothing to keep Barron from passing a military physical at 6'7" if he was patriotic...
