(10,531 posts)It was too long, rambling, lots of uh, ah, uhm, with about six different clauses and angles. I could not understand that "question" at all and it looked like Hillary couldn't make heads or tails of it either.
So many GOP congress critters cannot form a good sentence without uhmming and ahhing so often you can't tell what they are saying.
