when the president is a Republican? It's only when the president is a Democrat that it's his fault that the gas prices are too high. Then there are stickers of his face on the gas pump, with his finger pointing to the price saying "I did that!" Never saw a single sticker with a Republican president's face on a gas pump because then they say "The president has no control over the price of gas."
