it wasnt Kristis blanket that was forgotten
it was a bag of sex toys.
Now, doesnt that make much more sense? It just goes to show that nothing, NOTHING they say is true.
They tell even little lies just to keep in shape.

Were Corey Lewandowski's 'toys for boys' in the bag?

Kristi Noem's embarrassing 'mystery bag' to blame for midair meltdown: report www.rawstory.com/kristi-noem-...
https://www.rawstory.com/kristi-noem-2675333230/
According to published reports, Lewandowski fired but then quickly rehired a Coast Guard pilot after he refused to turn a plane around to retrieve Noem's weighted blanket from another plane, but three DHS insiders told the Daily Mail that the item that had been left behind was actually the agency head's bag.
"This was never about a blanket," said one insider with knowledge of the incident. "The blanket was a cover story for what really happened. The whole thing was really about the bag that was left."
It's not clear what was in the bag, but sources told the Daily Mail that Lewandowski, who is rumored to be having an affair with Noem, learned that at least two people were aware of the contents and that this could be embarrassing and the news outlet speculated those two individuals were promoted afterward.
"Was it a mere coincidence then, that [Coast Guard commanding officer Keith] Thomas who, weeks earlier, had been fired as a pilot was promoted to become a DHS senior advisor, and the aide close to Noem on the trip, Kamryn Jones, 38, was also rewarded?" the outlet's correspondents wondered.

Lululemon's history of racism dates back to the company's very inception; in a 2004 interview, founder Chip Wilson said he chose a name with three L's in it because Japanese people struggle to pronounce that sound and (I)t's funny to watch them try to say it.

I believe it has to do with my age, and probably the fact that some of the groups to which I belong are those the younger people generally enjoy, so I probably fit a profile of someone who is maintained interest in my love life even in my so-called advanced years.
On edit: and Im a product of the 60s and 70s artsy society in which anything went. I had quite the late-adolescence.
On edit 2: but not quite anything for me, since I am straight. Not that theres anything wrong with that. 😂😂😂😂😂

(949 posts)years. I was kidding when I replied to your post. I remember hearing about "WEIRD THANGS" that happened when my mom, aunties and their friends would talk after they would put us to bed and "THINK" that all of us nosey kids were asleep, yeah, I wasn't,
I'm black, (well mostly), so there were things that we just didn't do, though my parents knew people like these perverts like them who did REALLY creepy things. My mother had a beautiful voice and sang alot of Broadway tunes. My father, Uncle and their friends would be in the back watching the fights, Muhammad Ali, George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Ken Norton, Leon "Weirdo" Spinks, etc so as far as I'm aware, they didn't know anything of that sort. Seemed like there were boxing matches every Saturday night but that's neither here no there. I was just having fun & meant no harm. Been a member her on DU since 2004 but had to make another account because I couldn't remember the my old password after surviving Stage 4B metastatic cancer, complicated by visceral gangrene & flunking Home Hospice I had NO IDEA I was in for 5 years.
I am a pianist, (started playing when I was 3 years old when the family found out that I can play whatever I hear- I realised that I'm a Synesthete about 8 years ago when I was cooking went to taste the seasoning and, not knowing that my friend was in the kitchen. Apparently, I was talking to myself andright after I tasted the food, I said, TO MYSELF, "it's too flat." She stayed quiet to watch what I would do next. I added a little vinegar, (to me, an acid, whether lemon, lime, vinegar, anything sour is "pointy" to me & if what I'm cooking should be more acidic, like Tangines, Marinara made from home grown tomatoes, etc. Once I added a little, I tasted again and nodded my head & said, (Okay, that's pointy enough). She told me that I was Synesthete & felt that that it would explain my musical ability, my cooking ability, etc. When I hear music, I "SEE" it as a pattern. I see odours in colors, (not always a good thing, trust me), I taste things in "shapes", if that makes sense and I believe that my synesthesia explains my ability to play what I hear, I've always able to change the key, the tempo, etc from as far back as my mom, grandparents could remember.
Well, I'll leave it here because I can talk folks to sleep. Nice to talk to you. Have a wonderful weekend.

This $1.3 Million Vibrator Is One Of The World's Most Expensive Sex Toys
https://www.forbes.com/sites/susannahbreslin/2017/10/31/most-expensive-sex-toys/
Its called The Pearl Royale, and its appearance suggests its fit for a queen. Created by Australian jeweler Colin Burn, the made-to-order piece is composed of solid platinum and bejeweled with pink and white diamonds, blue sapphires, and South Sea pearls. Stylistically, its crown-shaped top connotes royalty or, say, something that would be perfect for the paramour of a Russian oligarch. The South Sea pearl at the top of the device functions as a key to operate it or can be detached and worn as a necklace. If you want all your friends to know just how fancy you like your bespoke love, the custom tool comes in a wall-mountable display box.
The $1.3 million vibrator is one of a carefully curated luxury collection of similarly high-end erotic accoutrements offered by Fornicari. Its target consumer: high net-worth clients. Its the progeny of Alison Bradford, a Scottish business woman whose Twitter profile describes her as: Entrepreneur, Life-lover, Optimist, Aberdeen Appreciator, Mother of two Mexican Chibabas!
In a press release, Bradford states: The pieces that we boast are luxury items that can be added to an erotic art collection or gifted to a special person to share the benefits and pleasure. One hopes that ones pleasure might be maximized in direction proportion to the amount one spends on a wildly expensive pleasure product. The site is aiming to be the bespoke provider to those with exorbitant budgets and imaginations, noting, Fornicari guarantees its clients that if their luxury cant be found, it can be created!

(16,843 posts)My mom said that about someone sleazy she knew a long time ago that they just wouldnt feel right if they didnt screw people over.
It had become a reflex and almost a moral position for that person by then - I cant remember who.
My mom disliked sleazy and or dishonest people whatever their other attributes. She said around 10 years ago I am done suffering fools. And yet we continued to suffer fools.
It is kind of non-optional for most of us these days..
Please help anyone who is not stupid or dishonest is my clarion call to arms these days..
I like your writing PCIntern. Sadly all sorts of unscrupulous bots are probably stealing your style.
The disinhibition of the times is catching or I would not say this.
I generally have a slight bias in favor of the strictly NPC, average citizen humans of the Jewish community PCIntern.
It would be sycophantic if it was not for the fact Oljfz9580m (in dubious homage to Ol Orlick from Great Expectations..lol..You was favored and Ol Orlick was bullied and beat) is reduced to making dreary calculations about which community with adequate intellectual and academic muscle on average is likeliest to survive this incoming onslaught of attacks on critical thinking.
Maybe it was having to survive Hitler, but I want someone to stop this 3-Body Problem style attempt for a post truth society while seriously looking into their own biases. It isnt morality so much as survival.
As Winston said in 1984, somehow that is ..the destruction of information..imagine if you couldnt trust any information online.
Yes..we should all be going to libraries and less atomized etc. But it is an ongoing engineered permacrisis.
I will confess something to you.
My own parents were nominally Hindu. Ones parents are one of the most significant influences in ones life you realize eventually.
One reason I disliked Noam Chomsky and Arundhati Roy etc so much (while frequently agreeing with them on some material points) was the constant mechanical braying that I would see polarize people who could be reasonable appealed to the right way.
It used to distress me to see my parents get so riled up by people who dont care about them, but manipulate their emotions in one direction, while this other I am a solipsistic moral authority on the right side of history would anger and alienate them.
Humans are complicated. I used to tell my dad that King Lear is a cautionary tale that way, because he is a very sensitive to any criticism of Hindus. He is barely Hindu..but these thought terminating cliches where you start of saying Hindu Fascist etc is a cancer. Even prior to these platforms, that rhetorical style was not one I liked. Thanks to my dad, I know how highly sensitive, but actually reasonable people think.
Yasha Levine, one of my two favorite journalists gets it. He is owned by no one anymore than Ol jfz9580m. But he actually cares about stuff. It isnt all about him. And I think his parents also probably are susceptible to these assholes.
Why cant people just say war profiteers, corporate overlords. To bring the NPC humans together against this goliath of dimwitted muscle which will destroy Goliath too, but they are too stupid to get it.
And people like my dad ..Matt Taibbi is really disgracing his past by now. But the one piece he wrote I agreed with was on Robin DAngelo.
It is an odd headspace..But it is not that people buy into the lies sometimes so much as feel the other side is also getting away with a lot and I look at the state of earth (Ol jfz9580ms actual agenda..seriously! We need the damn planet dammit..lol..I am real smooth..an elite manipulator and strategist..I have tried to downplay my real issue for so long) and wonder between all these warring groups..
I am pleased that Chomsky is in the Epstein Files. He represents the type of leftist who polarized fairly reasonable people like my parents and now look where we are.
I used to feel gloomy seeing my parents taking the bait instead of focusing on Ambani, Adani, various sleazy interests
I generally find it depressing when extended family members many of whom werent even that into this bullshit start focusing on such rot.
*I have no use for any players (Ol jfz9580m doesnt trust anyone but strictly angry villager types)..
I blame the msm. When you dont report certain stories from the left or neutral side, it leaves an opening for malicious parties to spin them.
I am very pro truth
But also disseminated so people actually listen. They seem horrible at balance. Which I do not understand, as that is the primary force that I notice when askew. Enough to even have finally reinvented myself as Ol jfz9580m past a threshold of bullying.
But as Oljfz9580m preps to go on the rampage, Oljfz9580m will squarely target war profiteers and parastic corporations and try to avoid that endless this group versus that and keep the attacks on the meninists to Oljfz9580ms specific antagonists past and present.
Or corporations and war mongers will game their way ahead. No conflict is worth the effort just for lil ol me. Not that sustainable. Lol..My dad is a military vet and we are from some warrior clan originally, though I like to think I am an evolved woman. But I realized yesterday that battle lust is the only kind of lust that runs deep in even peaceful Oljfz9580ms veins and you cannot deny who you are. I am never running for office or selling anything so if I spit on my hands and get down to legal combat with these creeps, my only concern is losing or gaining community support for the wrong reasons.
I am actually well to the left, but I have no patience with messaging styles that ensure people dont listen. There are lines I have like, players/billionaires/corporations/creepy men..where that is someones identity primarily..okay that is a lost cause..especially billionaires..One has to trash the real power.
But these culture wars and morality plays are a cancer and it will take time to deradicalize such a tribally polarized world..I mostly just stick with animals..lots Jewish people in the animal rights and Green community.
I sort of ineptly try to advocate for solidarity all around but who would profit from that?
Hamas really put us down a dark path on Oct 7. That event will probably be identified by historians as a key event in screwing us all over.
But I have a lot of solidarity with the Muslim community which is often embattled as much as any. But solidarity doesnt have to alienate and annoy everyone. We are all part of the human family. Except billionaires. Marc Andreessen, Larry Ellison and Bill Ackman are grotesque human beings, but not because they are Jewish. And I was pleased to see Nathan Robinson, who can alienate the Jewish community more than he should, at least call out Nick Fuentes.
Just not the bad actors in any community as that isnt tribal: I cannot afford any sided stupidity anymore.
There are war profiteers, politicians, influencers and then average humans.
It is easier to communicate with people who are not stupid when your style favors vague rambling diatribes punctuated by vaguely menacing swipes..dammit..
I am not a very diplomatic or transactionalism woman and when one embarks on a war on the world (as Jesus Christ did when he threw things around..I got an idea from Stephen Halls piece on snakes, which I vaguely associate with a pest control function even that guy Hawley may have wrt TikTok and YouTube..seriously those platforms are a cancer..).
I was pleased to see an article in the Forward point out the King Lear thing.
I may enjoy conflict too much. It would be good to clear a path to conflict free of this endless group conflicts so Oljfz9580m can as George Carlin put it focus on serious creeps, sleazebags etc absent constant language policing of some randoms.
I rarely get offended but past a threshold some behaviors are a redflag indicating, these are stupid people who will keep pushing it and never learn. And Oljfz9580m has had enough of opportunists, narcissists and fools.
