1. Don't forget, they assured courts there was no need for a stay because refunds wouldn't be an issue.

Courts REALLY don't like being lied to.

And that particular lie was repeated in filing after filing... assurances that a stay was unnecessary to prevent harms because plaintiffs would be made whole if tariffs were struck down (which is actually crap because the rippling harms go beyond the dollar value, but that's another matter).
