Israel is helping Iran acheive its strategy
Iran's strategy is to drive up costs to create pressure on the US to stop the war. By bombing oil fields, Israel is helping Iran with their strategy. It's short sighted (and let's not even get into environmental impacts). They temporarily cut off or reduce oil revenues for Iran. This drives up prices globally, creating pressure on the US and Israel. It also could force India and China to intervene on some level to protect their own interests. Iran should be thanking Israel "for their assistance in this matter."
