Spurious News: West Point disinvites Trump from Commencement!

WEST POINT, NY (Spurious News Network) -- It is traditional for the president of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief of America's armed forces, to attend commencement ceremonies at the three military academies. He gives a speech and awards diplomas to the new graduates, who will become commissioned officers in the Armed Forces of the United States mere hours after the ceremony.

This year, King Donald Trump will not attend the US Military Academy's commencement as he has been officially disinvited by the Superintendent and barred from the grounds.

"The Honor Code of this academy is as simple as it is absolute," said Lieutenant General Steven W. Gilland, the commander of the academy. "It says, 'A cadet will not lie, cheat or steal, or tolerate those who do.' Donald Trump does all three on a daily basis. To allow that man, that dishonorable man, to enter these hallowed grounds and speak to people who take honor seriously would be 'tolerating those who do.' So, he's not getting in here."

A ketchup-covered Karoline Leavitt, White House press secretary, delivered Trump's response: "The president says your golf course sucks and he has better things to do that day than speak to your woke-ass college."

As well as many AFB's and Naval stations.
