Joni Ernst can't leave soon enough: We're underwater!' GOP senator admits polling disaster - then blames Democrats

Last edited Mon Mar 9, 2026, 08:43 AM - Edit history (1)

There WAS an immigration deal in place in 2024 and TRUMP killed it by getting Republicans to vote against it.

"Oh, if only those Democrats would reach across the aisle."

Fuck You, Joni!

Delaney supported some tRUMP bills. It's really been under-reported here. She's reached WAY across the aisle. I hope Trone wins. The media isn't really covering this battle because they're all owned by the thieving billionaire class.

She seems fixated on death. That cemetery visit must have affected her deeply.

If so, which island did she mean?

I am one who believes that grammar and spelling also indicate knowledge.

Apologies to those with actual disabilities.

I guess it was their deep love of President Biden that made them vote against advancing the Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act in 2024.

That seems to be the way the Republican brain works

So, what you are saying Joni is that you rejected a bipartisan effort; you allowed the Evil Turnip to go it on his own; he completely botched it by sending the National Guard into American cities and letting ICE kill American citizens; Americans soured on this effort; but Democrats are to blame for not supporting these efforts somehow--or maybe if they would just agree to give DHS even more money this would all work out just dandy?

"If only Democrats will want to come to the table." What table?

The Dignity Act of 2025 (H.R. 4393) introduced last July seems to be a bipartisan effort, but it hasn't even made it to the floor for a vote yet in the Republican-controlled congress.

And when it does it feels unlikely to pass since dignity and immigration do not seem to be compatible in the Republican MAGAsphere now do they?

The sad truth Joni is that despising this president IS the right thing to do for the country--and a lot of the country is starting to agree.
