"No problem, Vlad. I will find a way to shut down the Strait of Hormuz and drive the price of oil sky high."
"How would you do that," Vlad asks?
As you know, everything I have done while I have been in office has been for the benefit of Mother Russia. I will start a war with Iran. I will bypass Congress. And they will shut down the Strait of Hormuz."
