Back in the day, the Old Boys followed Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn's advice to the newcomers:

"If you want to get along, go along."

Gee. That must explain why there is ZERO opposition today to stop the MAGA NAZI destruction of DEI. It only stands for Diversity Equality and Inclusion -- you know, the parts of Declaration of Independence and the Constitution that need official reminding to be upheld by ALL Americans and for ALL Americans.

Seems a lot of people I once respected are afraid of Donald J Trump and his gang of White Supremacist NAZI MAGA traitors. Being a coward used to be un-American.
