Apparently, Dennis Quaid has gone full MAGA
He's on his fourth marriage and his current wife is 39 years younger than himself.
He was known to have cheated on his first wife with his co-star, Pamela Reed, who played his wife in The Right Stuff. In a post divorce interview, his second wife, Meg Ryan, said multiple people told her that they had known Quaid was cheating on her regularly during that marriage.
A few years ago, he brought up God during some televised interview, and the mood changed. Quaid called this out on social media, noting what a shame it is that people are so uncomfortable talking about God nowadays.
Quaid can talk all he wants about God. The reality is that his testosterone level has dropped in his seventies. His libido is no longer riding him and having moved from middle-aged to his senior years , he's likely considering his mortality.
He may claim to be a man of faith, but to quote Cynthia Erivo in Bad Times at the El Royale :
"He talks so much that he thinks he believes in something... and really just wants to fuck who he wants to fuck."
The only difference is that he's just not as motivated to fuck as he used to be.
